Just don’t let it turn out to be a one-man decision by Chakarov. DPS-New Beginnings announced the news, DPS-Dogan have not announced the merger definitively. But be that as it may – the blow is fatal. Even if it is a one-man decision, it is a crystal clear symptom of the total disintegration of the “original MRF”.
