The order for not visiting the national and nature parks and mountains have been banned. This is the second new order by Health Minister Kiril Ananiev for today.
The responsible minister instructs the mayors of municipalities and regional governors to create the necessary organisation for visits of citizens in all national parks, nature parks, mountains and other designated places with park environment outside the settlements on the territory of the municipalities, without using urban transport, lifts and visits to huts and tourist sites.
The order is the result of a meeting held earlier today between Prime Minister Boiko Borisov and members of the government with the National Operations Headquarters. During the meeting, anti-epidemic measures regarding the spread of COVID-19 were discussed.
Less than an hour ago, it was announced that the order for compulsory wearing of outdoor masks was also revoked. The amendment states:
“All persons in public areas (including parks, streets, bus stops) are required to comply with the requirement of social distance and all anti-epidemic measures, wearing a protective mask or contact with other persons when necessary. another means of covering the nose and mouth.”
