I heard that Geshev had written to me. I say to myself – great, he will probably inform me that he is resigning and declaring himself to reform the Prosecutor’s Office. Then I look at the letter…There is reform, writes Ivaylo Mirchev on Facebook.

However, I read and what I saw was not reform, but Pi Ar. Now, looking at the news, it is hardly Pi Ar Sevi Boiko, it may be Pi Ar Siika, but it is Pi Ar, no doubt. So that you don’t have to read it too, I take the liberty of retelling with elements of reasoning, as we were once taught at school.

Be that as it may, Geshev says, it’s time to clap our hands, embrace each other, schedule some meetings between all the institutions, some hearings, make noise, so that it can be seen how much we are all working together for the judicial reform. That is, if there is at least one Geshev next to every good being, I foresee such a life…

Another important fact from the letter – the reform would be both thorough and comprehensive, but most importantly – targeted. I took a breather. I have always been afraid of directionless reforms. And this one would not just be aimed at, but aimed at „problems of society related to Bulgarian justice„. Not aimed at the problems of justice itself! I emphasize it here, so that no one gets confused and thinks that the Bulgarian justice system has some problems, may the Instrument of God protect us!

Since in school we were also taught to read between the lines to understand what the author wanted to say, I’d like to share with you that between the lines of this letter I read the following letters: r*e*s*i*g*n*a*t*i*o*n.

In my opinion, this is what the author actually meant by calling for a thorough and comprehensive reform. Since there is no Pi Ar in the world that will change the fact that, as long as Ivan Geshev serves as Prosecutor General, we will never have a judicial reform.
