The model of concentration, which was created by the previous government, harms the economy in our country, causing a number of damages to small and medium-sized businesses. This was stated to BNR by economist Martin Dimitrov from “Democratic Bulgaria” in connection with the case of BDB.

The practice introduced by GERBleads to the population impoverishing and Bulgaria continuing to be the poorest in the EU„. Even Romania is currently ahead of us by as much as 33 per 100 in terms of income, which suggests that vicious schemes in banks are not just a problem of justice. They are a lever that pulls us back economically.

Dimitrov believes that it is necessary to introduce credit limits, which would be a brake on such immoral financial whims in the Bulgarian Development Bank. The MP’s proposal considers the option to limitbetween BGN 50,000 and BGN 5,000,000, something between the two„.

Control authorities must first deal with big business, and cash is just one of the issues. Finally, they need to deal with small and medium-sized businesses and people in the markets. In order to have real collectibility.“, the economist pointed out.

It is unfair for a person who has not paid any taxes, for example, to be uncompromisingly punished, and for large companies to have total freedoms in this regard.

According to Martin Dimitrov, the whole situation in the country at the moment is extremely favorable for carrying out serious inspections on a number of urgent topics such as BDB, wiretapping of opposition politicians and so on.

The politician believes that „some traces are always erased, but others remain.“ Undoubtedly, however, „there were such things.“ It is inadmissible for the government to be more interested in obedience, instead of doing its job and fighting organized crime, Dimitrov is indignant.

He did not fail to mention the serious doubts about buying votes in the last parliamentary elections in our country on April 4. The caretaker government must stop all attempts in the future, because a fair vote is a particular priority for Bulgaria at the moment and in general, the MP from „Democratic Bulgaria concluded“.
