Shocking photos from the completely dried-up Tsonevo Dam appeared on the social network Facebook. They were published on December 6 by Stoyan Milkov. The photos were taken the same day.
The author claims that there is no computer intervention. Milkov wrote:
“This is the reality today! Think about it now, because in a few months you will share mud from the fountains, if there is mud. Bulgaria is one of the richest countries in nature and is not one of the few precipitations and the lack of snow in recent years! Tsonevo Dam is the largest in the Varna region and the sixth largest in the country. However, his condition to this day is an example of the actions of the government, not only now, but also years ago. They close their eyes to what is happening.
At the same time, allegations surfaced on Facebook that the reason for the low water levels in the Tsonevo Dam was the private hydropower plant that was connected to it. This is another example of managerial carelessness and serving personal interests, not public ones.
