The editors of Iskra.bg received information related to the businessman Nikolay Dimitrov, concessionaire of the beach „Kraymorie“ and owner of other businesses. His name was in the public domain together with his wife Maya Pepeliankova after the incident with the beating of their employee.
After this incident the editorial office of Iskra.bg received numerous signals from different people. Some of them were sent by email and others arrived as messages on our Facebook page.
According to some of the information received, Nikolay Dimitrov is protected by a well-known Sofia businessman – Radostin Barzanov, better known as Rado the Sun. The allegations state that Burzanov has a serious position in business and the ability to support Dimitrov, but the question arises – is this really true?
Information has also reached the editorial office that Radostin Barzanov is the godfather of Nikolay Dimitrov and Maya Petyelyankova’s son. Allegedly, Dimitrov has used the name of Barzanov in various situations related to his business, even making threats referring to his name. Iskra.bg cannot confirm the veracity of these allegations. It is for this reason that we contacted Radostin Barzanov to get first-person answers.
During the conversation we wished to ask Mr. Burzanov the following questions:
– What is his relationship with Nikolay Dimitrov?
– Does he know whether Nikolai Dimitrov abused his name?
– Does he know whether Nikolai Dimitrov has made threats using his name?
Mr Burzanov replied politely that he was far from all that and did not wish to comment on the subject. After these words, he ended the conversation without giving any further explanation. He gave no clarity on the case, and his silence raises more questions:
- Did Nikolay Dimitrov receive protection from Radostin Barzanov?
- Did Nikolai Dimitrov misuse Barzanov’s name without his knowledge?
- Will Radostin Barzanov disassociate himself from Nikolai Dimitrov and his actions in the future?
